NGT Coatings Polished Stone Sealer is a clear, breathable, waterborne sealer designed for use on interior polished natural stone surfaces. The sealer makes a long lasting barrier that provides superior resistance to water and stains.

Surface Preparation:
IMPORTANT: Remove All Silicone Sealers.
Surface must be clean, dry, and in sound condition. Remove all oil, dust, grease, dirt and other foreign material. Clean with NGT Coatings Surface Prep. Rinse with clean fresh water and let dry.

Application Instructions:
Test Area
Due to the wide variety of surfaces, always test NGT Coatings Polished Stone Sealer in an inconspicuous location to ensure performance. There should be very little to no enhancement or change in appearance to the existing surface after it has dried.

Make certain surface has been prepared properly and is clean and dry. If applying outdoors, make certain the ambient temperature is between 45°F and 105°F, 90% RH or less, and there is no chance of rain for a mínimum of 5 hours after the estimated time of completion of the sealing process. Take necessary precautions against natural elements. Protect surfaces that may need to be repainted, as it will affect the bond of the new paint. NGT Coatings Polished Stone Sealer will not harm hazardous chemicals into the soil or water, however as a general rule, it is best to wipe off overlaps or spills as they occur.
Shake NGT Coatings Polished Stone Sealer container for several minutes to re-suspend the nanoparticles that have settled to the bottom. Make certain to re-shake every 15-20 minutes to ensure proper performance.
Use a soft terry cloth type towel to apply (do not use a sponge as this will draw the sealer into the sponge and not allow it to penetrate into the stone). Pour a liberal amount of the sealer onto the surface and in a circular motion with downward pressure, begin to work the sealer into the surface of the stone with the terry towel. In an effort to force the sealer into all the small pores of the Stone. Keep working the sealer in until the stone will not absorb anymore.
Wait 10 minutes and repeat this process until all the sealer is absorbed. Wipe off any excess sealer and let dry. Do not get wet for 24 hours. Allow 7 days for the sealer to cure completely.
